Spoke to Todd at Protomotive and he said they will fit, but you would have to do a little pin/bracket mounting:
"The intercoolers are very close. Only about .5” difference in pin location from a .2 to a .1. They’ll go in with a slight mod to the intercooler bracket.
The y-pipe also is very close. It has two additional ports for bov’s you could block, and some extra ports that could also be blocked. Otherwise, it will go in.
