what can you do with the cable, can you get into the ecu and change coding like telling the car it has pasm when it wasn't built with it?

Rok, Yes 2 vins remain on the cable.

JLnike, you can change some things in the ECU, but the example you gave, i believe you would need the $700 PRO kit for that
