You are looking at a used OEM Porsche Tequipment SSK short shifter kit. This kit fits all Porsche Boxster, Carrera and Cayman 9X6 and 9X7 models (manual only of course). This kit is 100% complete, assembled and ready to drop in and install. Other “kits” require you to hack and mod your existing shifter tower.

From the Tequipment brochure: 25-33% shift throw reduction, precision needle main bearing, 416 heat treated billet stainless steel stick, 7075-T6 billet aluminum pivot carrier, counter-balanced to reduce shift effort, adjustable neutral stick position, bolt on installation. Exact same shifter used by Porsche on the GT3 Cup cars.

This kit has the metal bushings instead of the plastic bushings. The plastic bushings tend to wear more over time causing slop and imprecise shift feel.
This unit was purchased new from Porsche for over $400 (see picture). Has about 5k miles on it. The invoice lists PN as 000-044-700-26. You can see the OEM Porsche “P” logo engraved on the unit in the pictures.
