How difficult is installing a set obfthese ?

 

its actually simple. takes about 1.5 hours

 

Somehow I thought you need it to drop the engine to install, if so it will take well over 1.5 hr and serious skillzzz

 

it takes about 1-1.5hrs to take old hard plastic ones out and .5 hrs to put silicone ones in. you certainly don't need to pull the engine out just lower it a bit on its mounts. some have done it without lowering at all.

 

I've put the do88 set in ,without a full drop.. and putting them in took me less Time then cutting them bloody ones out...

What I did is:
After you jack the car and gutted the plastic out..

1.put a electric cord with a some sort of stopper trow it,having the cord lead out the thinner end and that you can pull on it good with out damaging or warping the steel inside the silicone hose... I've used a long socket set as a stopper and warped duck tape around the tip too keep the u shaped ends in its place...

2.Cover the new pipes with a water based grease,that you can easily hose off clean later(ya like they use in **** movies..!!!)

3. Push the pipe from the engine bay side having a friend pulling on the cord from the bottom

Don't be shay with the grease and they will just slide in... ;-d

Really makes it a breeze and a no briner mod in my opinion...
the car loves it ,sound deeper,spool much better..!
