that is the defroster trim- if you want new ck out sunset porsche in oregon or suncoast in Fl- i cked for some used but for price dismantlers wanted i bought new.
i had the Carbon fiber defroster trim that lifted off my 997.1TT in the same way yours is doing- common issue- i replaced my CF with plain stone grey leather defroster trim as i didn't want same issue again in few yrs.
