I've got a set of OEM Intercoolers w/OEM hoses I am looking to sell from a 15k mile 997.2 Turbo. I believe they may fit the 996. I'll likely be listing these later today asking fair market value. Let me know...

Have new Wagner IC's in stock. Best bang for the buck with hoses all under $1500 shipped! Yes there is bigger and better available but on your set-up it will do well with E85.

I'm running the Wagners...I'm happy with them. Plus since you already run e85...FOR SURE the Wagners flow way better than the OEM with the inlets/outlets like they are.
