Sold my 996TT and have these floor mats for sale
These are made for the 997 body but I used them in my 996. They fit was almost perfect they did not move around just was not a fully flush fitment.
Took quick pictures of them, I will give them a good clean before letting go. They were barely used.

These will fit all 997 body 911's. They are made for these cars.

Unfortunately I can't the car is long gone.What I can say is the fit was pretty good. Only thing was that it did not sit fully flush by the front of the lower seat post but was not an issue.
