What scale are you using for tire rating and condition?

I am curious about the 997 Michelin PS2 tires

 

NCTO tires were off of brand new cars in dealership or customer swaps for other size wheels and tires. They all have less than than 200 miles on them.
Used tires are off of sets people turned in when they purchased different size wheel and tire sets for their vehicles
The used tires are measured using the DOT rating and Tread Depth.
The 19" PS2 are pending sold to be picked up saturday
The 18" are still available.
