FS: Cargraphic Valved X-Pipe 991

Category: Engine - Exhaust
Price: $1500
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Other
Location (State): CA
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

Up for sale is my CargraphicTS "Silencer Replacement X" Pipe (Item: PERP91XPIPEFLAP). This system is valved and works either a) with the factory PSE system (fully integrated with the Sport/Valve buttons and works just like the stock system), or b) with Cargraphic's optional valve control system you may purchase separately.

For: 991 911 Base/S/GTS

Does it sound great? It sounds majestic.
a video I made. Take the factory PSE system and turn the max volume from a 10 to a 14. That's all it does. The TONE of the car still remains true-to-911 and doesn't alter the throaty high-pitched roar of our flat sixes. Also, the fact that it's valved makes it super-friendly for daily driving/quiet moments. Just close the valves and the car is as quiet as stock.

Why:
The system was originally purchased from a fellow 6Speeder here and has been taken care of. I had it on a 2013 Carrera S for about 7,000 miles before taking it off and returning the car to stock with hopes of getting into a GTS.

Pictures: Picture is of the actual exhaust, but it has been a few months since I've taken new pictures (she's boxed up and sitting in the garage downstairs). I will update with more pictures if requested.

Condition:Everything works, period. nothing is wrong with the exhaust; nothing is wrong with the valves. I would be foolish to list something on a site I frequent and with a community I cherish.

Price: Asking $1500, but I can work some shipping costs into the price for serious inquiries. The part itself is made and shipped from Germany and costs roughly $2400 without shipping per their website's EU quote. Save yourself $1,000 and pick this baby up today.

Location: Los Angeles, CA. The closer, the better. But if you're anywhere else, PM me and let's work out a shipping quote.

Lastly, please save the lowball offers. I may still throw this baby onto my GTS, so I'm not desperate to sell her.

Much appreciated!

Thanks, but not at this time. Appreciate the offer, though.

DocM is infamous around these parts
Hi Chris,

I jus bought a 991 GTS pdk and thinking of an Xpipe. Could you help me please with these questions:
1. Will the X pipe have the same output in the 991 GTS vs. the S model?
2. What is in your opinion the best X pipe for the GTS?
3. The most important for me is the sound inside the car windows up. Is the Cargraphic X pipe really loud? How loud is it vs. PSE?
4. When valves are open Is drone present at all rpms? How would you rate the drone (low, medium high)?
5. How is the sound with the X pipe below 3000 rpms?
6. Is the sound high pitched above 5000 rpms like a race car?
7. Why did you pick Cargraphic vs. FVD and vs. AWE switchpat?
8. What do the resonators add to the X pipe?

Sorry for such a long list but your input would be highly appreciated.
Thank you
