u sure those only have 10k on them? they are pretty old judging by K16 hotsides and cast wheels ....

I only owned the car about 15k miles. I drove it a good bit before I put the turbos on it. They have been on my shelf since mid 2011 when I sold the car. I'd venture to guess they were new in 2009-10?

I had 997 headers on my 996 when I ran these, so I assume yes. But it's just that, an assumption. It would be wise to seek clarification from the parts catalogue.
