I have a set of mint red OEM LED tail lights for the 997.2. Purchased off a Porsche employee and tested. Tips are perfect. No cracks or peeling paint or anything. I was looking for clear tails and finally found them so these are looking for a good home.

and the bumper, but have been some on hear that have modified the 997.1 bumper to fit the 997.2 lights.

Not plug and play. I don't believe you need the FVD harness, so you can save yourself $$$ there.

But you will need a new rear control unit Part #99761826008. You will need to program the rear lights option to LED.

Yes, if you know a good body shop, they can add some fibreglass to fill in those small gaps and just reshape the bumper. This is the most cost effective way imo. Otherwise, you'd have to get a 997.2 bumper, new bumperettes, and exhaust shields. Use 997.2 bumpers are available to find. But those pesky bumperettes and exhaust shields are nearly impossible.
