This solidly built, custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosure was made by Jacer Fabriglass http://www.jacerfabriglass.com/Porsche-Carrera-911.html According to the manufacturer, it will fit Porsche Carrera 911’s from 1999 through 2004 (996 models). It was designed to fit and make the area behind the rear seats look as stock as possible, yet hold speakers that will give you serious bass. As you can see, this enclosure was built for (2) 10 inch Kicker Solo-baric subwoofers.

When originally purchased, the exterior of the enclosure was painted in black. But after receiving the box, I took it to a local auto upholstery shop to have them apply black carpet to the outside (only) which matches very closely the Porsche factory black carpet. I had intended to install it in my 2002 911 but never got around to it. I recently sold my 911 so I no longer need this enclosure.

(NOTE: The first picture attached is NOT of my actual enclosure but rather one just like it from the manufacturer to show how it fits in the rear compartment. The pictures that follow after that one are of the actual enclosure you will receive). Other installation photos can be seen on the attached link above.

I have close to $750 invested in this enclosure - $600 for the box, another $125 to have it carpeted and a little more for the insulation you see inside the box. I would be willing to sell it for $500 plus actual shipping to your door. (Speakers not included!)
