Did some more research and found that my offer price was too low, upped minimum price depending on quality of leather, etc. Of course the cloth ones would be less expensive I'm sure.

Cloth (Alcantara) are more expensive

Don't think you are too far off though... GL they are great seats and (once you are in them) are very comfortable.
