I was to run them on my 11.5" wheels but got hold a pair of 305s instead.

DOT are 1714 and 0914 on 9/32" and 8.5"/32 respectively.

The DOT 1714 tire has been patched, confirmed by Discount Tires patch is done correctly and shouldn't cause issue. As for about speed rate, Michelin and Continental confirmed that their tire maintain speed rate if patch is done right and in approved area.

These tires are in excellent condition, treads are soft, smooth, even, pitted free. Have them stored in my study that how clean they are.
