Another project that I jumped into without full consideration. I bought this 997TT wing fully intending to mount it on my GTS. The DIY that StormRune posted at RL (http://rennlist.com/forums/997-forum...a-carrera.html) clearly indicates an aftermarket intake system was required to clear the wing's hydraulics. If I were to install the aftermarket intake, I would have to reverse the process (intake and wing) every two years for smog testing. Not a big deal, but I do not want to do that.

So, this very nice 997TT wing is for sale. It is fully functional. I tested it by connecting it to the harness on my car. Using the console switch, it moved up and down easily. If you have a Basalt Black car, except for the very minor repair, you should not have to repaint it. And my body/paint shop assures me the repair is minor (see pic), as did the seller. This is on the upper driver side corner of the lid. (The "turbo" script has been removed, BTW.) The wing is presently disassembled as I was getting it ready for paint. I can ship it that way, or reassemble it.

The Fabspeed CAI and Turbo fan assembly are NIB.

If you'll email me, I can send you a Shutterfly link for more pics.

So, $3200 + shipping + PayPal fees.
