Yes, still available.
Condition is excellent as stated. Not new. But with few minor blemishes not noticeable until you get in close within a foot. The posted picture should be high res.
Unsure if it fits the C4S cab. I would ask the experts on RL or your local Porsche shop. But bear in mind these are centerlock wheels, not 5 bolt lugs.
