I am new to this forum. Are sellers putting their ads back up front by putting "bump" on the listing. There is no change in price.

yes... if you look at rules for posting it says how often you can do this.

Only after a minimum of 7 days with no activity...a price change is not considered a bump even though it moves your thread up
