For sale is an OEM short shifter for 987/997 gen cars (P/N 99742498300). Pretty much brand new, used for a couple weeks and probably <200 miles tops. SOLD, local pickup available in SF bay area.

Just some background: when I purchased my Cayman I hated the stock shift feel - it was vague, mushy and wobbly. I've played around with several alternatives (Function-First shift right upgrade as well as the OEM SSK I'm selling), replaced the worn out engine/transmission mounts and realized I actually prefer the feel of a new OEM shifter. Hence the sale... In hindsight I should have started with engine mounts first experimentation is part of the ownership experience
