I was finally able to find a set of 21in Turbo II's that I've been searching for so these have to go. The wheels are pretty much in mint condition. PM me and I can take as many pics as you need to see whatever angle you need. They do NOT come with tires. Center caps are included as pictured. The wheels are located in Cleveland, OH.
