FS: 996 cab/coupe footwell Focal 8" subwoofer + Jehle sub enclosure

Category: Audio/Video/Electronics
Price: $500
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 996 Turbo, Porsche 911 996 Non-Turbo
Location (State): WA
Item Condition: Brand New
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

This is a Bill Jehle subwoofer enclosure (http://www.billjehle.com/PORSCHE/console.html) enclosure with a Focal Polyglass 21 V2 8" 4 Ohm subwoofer mounted into it. This is probably the most turnkey upgrade you can do for a 996 Cab that has the footwell woofer. It will mount into the 996 Coupe, as well, but you might not have the mounting bolt (there's like 50 versions of the floor mount, it seems), so you might need to make a hole and bolt it down, or else just velcro it, which works as well.

The whole setup is brand new. Needs to be covered with whatever material your interior is (or vinyl'd, whatever). I bought it from another member, but I couldn't convince the wife to give up floor space (I have nothing there right now, and she already hates how tight the car is), so I decided to go with a completely different setup.

You pay shipping out of WA. I'd like this gone by the weekend so I stop having arguments with the wife about useless car equipment in the house.

Awesome, I'm in Tacoma. Checked out the sub, for some reason didn't realize it was on the side. Very cool set up, but currently looking for something to fit with the back. (Have a Turbo).

Although the side well area might be an easy way to put in a sub and take it out during a track day. Let me do a mock up and see how much it'll take up of the foot area.

If you want, we can meet up and you can test fit it. Might be easier than doing mock ups. I'm around tonight. This would be ideal for track days because a rear mounted one is likely harder to remove.
