Misha GT2 wing blade for stock hydraulic spoiler

Category: Exterior - Body Parts
Price: $850
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 997 Turbo, Porsche 911 996 Turbo
Location (State): WA
Item Condition: Brand New
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped

The item is a Misha GT2 wing blade... It's been on my car for a few years and the fiberglass is in great shape.

It fits on the stock hydraulic system, simple remove stock wing, attach this wing and done. From what I understand, it will also fit a 997TT as well as 996TT since the stock wings from the 2 cars are interchangeable.

The only issue with the wing is with the paint. The previous owner had the wing painted and the shop he used, while the paint looked good, didn't use much clear or base coat. I was having a detailer remove some minor defects in the clear and he went through the clear and paint.. The spot is smaller than a quarter.

Realistically, you'd need to paint it anyway since there aren't many cars in my color so the spot is pretty irrelevant, but just for full disclosure there you have it.

These go for around $1200 new from what I've seen. I'm asking $850 plus shipping and buyer to pay any transaction fees.

PM me if interested, thanks!
Chris.

Nice looking wing - love the Misha stuff.

FYI, although the 3-bolt mounting plates for the hydraulic rams have the same bolt pattern and spacing where they attach to the decklid between the 996 and 997 cars, the 996 and 997 wings use a different method of attachment and the dimensions from the top of the mounting plate to the top of the hydraulic ram are different when in the lower parked position, so using this on a 997 will not be a simple bolt on.

Good call and thanks for the info!

I saw where a forum member swapped a 997 wing onto his 996.. he said it was direct swap, but I think he had the electric rams rather than hydraulics now that I think about it.

I have access to a 997TT, so maybe I will try to confirm this if I get the chance.

I just did an Eram swap onto my 997 and David can send 996 or 997 versions and either top mount style you want so if your friend did Erams that's why it was possible for him to swap to a 997 style wing.
