it appears so to me. It has the clear rear lic. plate window indicating that its for traffic cops etc to be able to verify lic. info
Its not as heavy as some of the multi layer Noad covers but Porsche saysn outdoor.

Sorry, I don't and do not have a porsche at the moment. The label says it fits aerokit cars so unless you have a huge aftermarket wing it sounds like it should work.
