Used condition, was on a car with a GT3Tech front lip installed so some tape residue is still present, as well as some missing paint that I gather would have all been hidden with the lip installed. Aside from that its in decent shape from the lip area up. The tow hook cap is installed, its not drilled for headlight washers but it has the mounts to mount them. OEM part, I have no use for it.
