Does this come with all hardware to install? How many miles on the cats? Any CEL?

I had to reuse the turbo nuts but other than that everything else is included. About 20k miles on the cats and no check engine lights. Let me
know if you have any other questions.

interested in selling without the cats? wonder if this will bolt onto my cat bypass pipes... I'd like a less angry setup for the street and run a speedtech x pipe that I like for track days...
