For Sale: 2012 Featherlite 17' Open Trailer (Model 3110)
Selling my 7-yo Featherlite Model 3110 17-foot aluminum trailer, lightly used and well-maintained.
I purchased the trailer new in 2012 at James Ford (auth Featherlite dealer) in Half Moon Bay, CA. I have original receipt & paperwork; sold for $6K new. I've since added a full-size spare tire/wheel & carrier.
Bearings professionally repacked ~1,500 mi ago, and safety brake mechanism & leash replaced then too.
Tires are pretty fresh -- 2 years old, with ~2,000 mi on them. Tires and spare covered when stored to protect against UV damage.
This trailer's in very good shape, with less than 10K miles on it. See photos ... it's good to go for many years if properly cared for. I've used it to transport my Porsche 996 to track events, first towing with a 2008 BMW X5 4.6L, then with a 2013 Ford F-150 3.5 EcoBoost V6. Neither had a problem with my car on this trailer.
