I bought these units used this past October intending on using them on my 997.1 turbo, but I never got around to installing them. They look very clean inside and out. Looking inside them through the end piping they look like they were never used. One of them has some damage though, small dent on the bottom of the core and the end piping got dented as well and then straightened out. The end piping was made to accept the stock clipped piping on the turbo end and clamped on the intake end. All this is documented in the photos here - https://photos.app.goo.gl/bBQtxJyXsMUKUyqdA.

Leak tested?

 

I have never leak tested them, visually I do not see anything that would allow them to leak.
