For sale is a black leather steering wheel that came out of my 996 turbo. It is in excellent condition. The only wear that can be found is a tiny strip on the bottom right spoke of the wheel, as seen in detailed picture. This is truly barely noticeable, I never knew it was there until I inspected it closely for wear. There is also some very slight bubbling of the leather on the airbag at all three points, also not really noticeable when in the car. I will treat it with leatherique to see if it improves. Includes airbag and clock spring mechanism. The electrical tape on the clockspring is just to hold the mounting screws so I wouldn't lose them. Asking $350 plus shipping, reasonably firm on this. If you look at completed auctions on ebay, a good condition black wheel without airbag sells for about 350, airbag is 250, and clockspring is about 50-100, for a total of ~$750. Located in Reno, NV and can meet within reasonable distance or will ship also.
