Hey Guys. I own a 996.2 Targa and decided to swap my grey interior to a black one. Some parts have been swapped already (see bellow), but I'm still missing the following: R & L door cards, main dashboard, glove compartment door, carpet, L & R rear quarter panels, center console (or just the leather trim as my center console is the brushed silver type with some grey panels attached to it...I'd like to keep it and just replace the small leather panels only and arm rest).

If you have a black interior and would like all my grey parts, I'm willing to talk. My interior is in really good condition.

*List of parts already swapped, I'll update as we move forward: all the seats, shift ****, instrument cluster upper trim (above the main part of the dash), steering, hand brake, floor mats.

 

I also changed the color of the interior of my car, found a great palette of paints here https://leather-toolkits.com/leather-color-palette/ which satisfied all my seat update needs. I have done repainting, refurbishing, covering scratches and tears.
I fixed the small to medium cracks by applying several coats of the color mixture.
