Reposting this per request to include a photo of the actual thing being sold. Anway, as mentioned before- this is a Velocity AP tuning device. It's what is required to physically upload the tune purchased from VAP to your vehicle of choice. The purchase price is $250 plus tax from VAP, so this is being sold at a nice discount (10% off plus tax savings).

Has this tuner been returned back to stock, and erased used the desktop software, as mentioned on their website:

"The device MUST NOT BE CURRENTLY PAIRED TO A VEHICLE. Any vehicle that was previously tuned with your device must have been flashed back to the OEM/Stock file, and the device must be erased using our desktop software. IF THE ABOVE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH TUNING SOFTWARE FOR YOUR VTECH."
