I have a set of Recaro Pole Positions with Recaro aluminum side mounts that I am looking to put into a Porsche 996 Carerra.

I am open to Brey Krause R-9075 Side Mount Brackets with Recaro sliders or the BBI Seat Base and Slider Kit. No worries if they are not in prefect condition as long as they are structurally sound.

Sellers/buyers beware of this bad actor. Answered and sold this poster a drivers side BK seat bracket/adapter, lap belt attachment, factory belt receptacle on factory slider. This guy filed a paypal dispute for refund after while kept almost all my parts…it’s also obvious why this clown only shipped the side mount plates back from the original WTB post.

You confirmed the brackets were to fit my seats. After paying and receiving the seats in November, we found out that they did not fit the Pole Positions. I reached out to BK, and they said the straight mounts would be needed for Recaro PP, not these curved mounts. I sent you pictures showing that they would not fit.

I asked to send these back to you, and you stated "Sorry, all sales are final. You’re welcome to list the item in the marketplace." As a result, I filed a case against you since I used PP G&S. They investigated, and concluded they should be returned. I paid out of pocket to mail the wrong item back to you.

The package was sent with shipped and delivered on 1/11/24. You reported it to UPS as damaged per the tracking. I have not received any communication since then.

I operated in good faith. I am not sure if this is part of a long scam, but buyers beware.

 

I have a pair of BBi seat base for the 996/997!
