I would propose to any local interested party that we meet at a local tire shop so you can have the tires removed and the wheels checked for straight and trueness as well as imbalance.
This way you will know for sure these wheels are worth it. No cracks, welds or funny business.
The tires are trash and are just left on for protection in case they were to be shipped.

The center caps will need new O-rings and the wheels are not perfect but presentable and could be returned to excellent condition with some effort.

For anyone not local the wheels and tires are strapped to a pallet and can be shipped LTL at your expense.
