Wheels are used, have been refinished at some point in the past. Few small blemishes, no cracks, welds or bends.
The color scheme (silver lip/black center) might not be for everyone, hence the discounted price.
The bolts were recently polished and all nuts were replaced with new zinc plated hardware.
Will come with TPMS.
