Man I hope that isn't true, because he wouldn't sell it to me for 3750.00 shipped. He said he was entertaining offers at 4200. If it is true, the guy is a total fraud/thief and should be banned for trying to get over on the 6speed family.

 

It is true. I looked at my PM's I received from him relating to the transaction and it looks like I sold it to him 01/27/07. He paid $2,500 + shipping...I bought the exhaust new for ~$5,000 from Europipe.

I had the exhaust on my car for ~ 5,000 miles and liked it very much. When it was removed from my car I can vouch that the exhaust was in great shape.

I don't know about banning him, but trying to profit on other 6speeders is kind of cheesy.

 

I think accusing him of being cheesy is very generous. More like unethical and immoral.

despite my losses at this, I always provide quick payments to all and try to support 6speed before going retail. Plus Mario explained to me that this is a Porsche "family" here and we gotta help each other out, so I agreed and despite others reselling some of my stuff for more I want to stay fair, so, my trailer-x trade didn’t happen, a bunch of emailers telling me they want to buy my exhaust ( which i wasnt selling at the time ) for full retail was all smoke !

oh well, this was exhaust #4 of 5 total purchased here on 6speed, those sellers sure were happy to move 5 exhausts outta their way, i was equally happy to lose out on reselling each one below cost... glad you guys understand.
