18 inch Chrome Porsche rims with marginal tires
came off of my 2000 C4 Millenium Edition

Front -- 225 x 40ZR x 18
Rear -- 265 x 35ZR x 18
Pirelli Assimetrico tires
fronts have some tread left and rears are basically gone...

I bought the C4 about a year ago, and traded it in about six months ago for an E39M5... I traded it in with a different set of rims and these have been stored in my garage since...

I should say that I test drove the C4 with these rims and from behind the steering wheel I noticed nothing out of the ordinary.

The chrome is not perfect and there is some rash... but they are not bad... they are great 15 footers (look great from 15 feet away).

Chorme is "just not my bag baby"... and now I do not have the car that they belong on... and they are not going on my new to me 04 GT3!

Yep, I'm a great guy

I was able to sell the front tires from that set and the front tires from my old set for $150. So that means the wheels only cost me $150.

Too bad the tires were like $1200. Oh well, now I have a nice set of winter time wheels to thrash around on.

 

DJ is a hustler -- he was selling a rug when I was dropping off the wheels and he took the money from the rug sale and handed it to me...
