can I install it and have it open all the time without useing the wires and other stuff?

do you know if there is sport headers from Porsche works with this exhaust

As far as I know, the PSE defaults to the "loud" setting. If 997s are set up the same as 996s, one could unplug the PSE in the engine bay and would be loud all the time.
