they are one year old,black center with polished lip, perfect condition except for swirl marks on lips from cleaning then, I will include the Ralph boothe center caps, and wheel locks, the front tires are 9" with Michelins with 80% treads, the rears are 12" with michelins pilot sports with 60% treads, the first $3,000 takes them, buyers pays shipping costs.
