This looks like a nice buy for somebody...

How dramatic was the difference in your opinion? Are these really noticeable on the street (high speed fwy, etc..?) or are they really only beneficial when tracking for extended periods? I would love to hear your opinion on them overall as I am potentially interested.

For the street, OEM TT brakes are already sufficient for the most situations. However, the difference is noticeable on the street at higher speeds...which most TT owners have a tendency to exceed the limit. Of course when you're on track, the difference is more pronounced -- fade free and solid feel. It's not as dramatic as the GTR's--but don't forget GTR's (front/rear) are $13K+ vs. $3.5K (front OEM GT2 6piston).

Hope that helps. For more input, i would suggest calling the guys (Alex/Sharkster or James) at Sharkwerks.

Price lowered to $2000+shipping.

Still available. just edited price on post from $2200+shipping to $2000+shipping.

Any TT owners looking to improve brake feel and performance?

The guys at Sharkwerks in Fremont would be glad to swap these brakes on for you (local Bay Area people only, unless you want to ship your car to Fremont).

Yes, rotors are included. Sorry probably should have taken a pic of rotors as well. They were lightly used (no more than 3k) and never tracked. If you are local, you are welcome to checking out the rotors. Sharky (Alex Ross) at Sharkwerks is familiar w/ the condition of these rotors. He can be reached at 510-651-0400.

PM me if you are interested.
Thanks.

I guess I should thank you for so "kindly" pointing this out??? I'll be sure to provide the same "help" in the future for your for sale posts. If you're "trying to be helpful" w/ a sale, you might want to be more accurate--the brakes are actually $2795.00+shipping....NOT $2500.

I am asking $2000+shipping since they are lightly used.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but are these the ceramic rotors? I thought GT2's came with those(PCCB?), but I also thought they had yellow calipers, so I'm confused.

No, not ceramic -- would be ALOT more expensive.
These come w/ Steel Rotors. This set is just a GT2 spec caliper.
Yes, OEM GT2 came the same caliper in yellow w/ ceramic rotor.

Are the rotors 1 piece or 2 piece? Pics of rotors would be great if you have any.

Thanks!
