Thats former NBA player Chris Mills ,he is now producing some TV shows.
To me the 26's fit the Rolls Phantoms perfectly.Huge wheels on a huge car,no suspension mods needed.We use the same dry cleaner.And I first saw that car in the parking lot with a small crowd surrounding it.

Big wheels for a big car, this drophead actually pulls it off I think. One of the only cars that could do it without question.

how does he like it? that car was very loud with the eisenmann race exhaust no cats and the evosport headers
