Thats former NBA player Chris Mills ,he is now producing some TV shows.

To me the 26's fit the Rolls Phantoms perfectly.Huge wheels on a huge car,no suspension mods needed.We use the same dry cleaner.And I first saw that car in the parking lot with a small crowd surrounding it.

Chris' former M6 is owned by a good friend of mine.

Big wheels for a big car, this drophead actually pulls it off I think. One of the only cars that could do it without question.

that's actually former NBA Player Chris Mills' drophead. he also has the regular phantom in the same color with the exact same wheel setup. ridiculous
