that funny... I called Bentley regarding an issue with our GTC and spoke to a very helpful lady who had it resolved in minutes.

 

Roofie, strange as i have called a few times and it was always easy to get someone on the phone. Maybe you need to call between 9am and 5pm NYC time zone.
