Smile Ross Tech Cable

I just received my Vag Com cable and played around with it for about an hour in a dark garage. Does anyone have any tips or discoveries to get the most out of my new toy?

I would only read the car modules under autoscan after setting Bentley and avoid any coding as that could mess up your car. I normally play around with measuring blocks, advanced measuring values and output tests. You can log requested and actual turbo boost under block 115.

Make sure your car batt level is good as modules can throw error codes like I had before.

Thanks, what about things like turning on and off auto door locks, etc.? Where do I find those?

The boys at Rosstech dont have much coding for GT so I doubt you will find any online.

Go the vw phaeton forum on vw vortex - lots of good stuff over there for the vagcom cable. Phaeton electronics are almost identical to ours.
