Hooked on driving at NJMP
I am going to a Hooked on Driving event at NJ Motorsports park on April 12th. These events are very cool - you get to learn to drive your car on a racetrack at your own pace with an instructor sitting in the car with you. This is a learning experience, no competition involved.
If interested, check out the link at http://www.hookedondriving.com/event...and_JDS_Apr_12
All cars of all makes are welcome (except SUVs and open top cars without rollover protection).
Hope to see you there.

Too bad nobody else on the forum was interested in joining this event. It took place today. Had an interesting crowd - some GT-Rs, some Vette's, some race-prepped 911's. My buddy brought an E63 AMG to play with.
Instructors were top notch and there was not a single a-hole in attendance, which made everything even more pleasant.
I now have new-found respect for Bentley engineers. Despite the weight of the car, it handled beautifully, even on a track completely soaked with rain. Lesser cars were going slower, spinning out and slipping, but the Bentley's AWD system never skipped a beat.
Here is a pic of me doing 115 Mph in a pouring rain on a straightaway @ NJMP.
