Buying 2006 Spur

I'm new to this forum. I have been looking for a Spur for a while, finally found a 2006 at the Bentley dealer with only 9500 miles. Clean car, the tires were made in early 2006 so I know the miles are real. What is a good price and what should I check for before finalizing the deal?
Thanks,
--mm

Tires look good. Are there any common issues that I need to be aware of? Brakes, bushings, shocks, electrical? The car has been maintained by Bentley dealer since new. I have all the service records.
