the roof needs to be set, should be a option for setting roof .you may have an issue with the switch on the side of roof,i believe its on the left hand side of the bow hinge, may have fallen out of its retainer. to do it manually operate the roof in its full cycle which would include window drop and window raise, then recheck for faults.

Thx B Tech! Will check for the switch at the bow as youve mentioned. Also any info on setting the roof via vag com? Lists a number of code settings within conv module.

Thx B Tech! Switch appears to be positioned correctly. Tried conv adaptation and channels 1,2 and 3 were without error. Channels 4 and up show an error in the adaptation module. Not really clear how to manually perform adaptation? Top works fine without issue would simply like to perform adaptation to clear this hidden code.

Not to worry, You were right! Appears the sensor became dislodged and somehow became tangled within the top arm mechanism?? I will work to untangle it and try and reassemble. Looks like a clip is also damaged. Attached a few pics for reference.
