Tire pressure to 20" tires?

I wonder what tire pressure to use for 20" tires? Should I use the 19" pressure indicated by the door-jam ?

Thanks.

carlosC4S is infamous around these parts
I've used 42 front and 35 rear which are the 19" pressures in the door jam but feel they could have a couple of PSI more. When I got the car they were a touch low and putting them to 42/35 made a difference, I'm going to try + 2 more all round.

Would be interested to hear what others are using?

I just filled it up to 49 front and 41 back. BTW, for those who has TPMS sensor, does the gauge reflect change in tire pressure immediately? My TPMS still says 39 when I filled it up to 49 psi. I had to reset it for the new stat to come in. That kind of defeats the purpose of TPMS?

Each time you fill the cold tires with air, which should be done perhaps once or twice a year, you then should recalibrate the on-board TPMS so it learns the new baseline pressures. This is normal.

@carlosc4s,

To be honest, I can't really feel the difference...
