Sure F430, I will, in a moment.

Steven...I am still reeling from 4 years of funding my son's open wheel career and a costly divorce...so I am just starting to consider getting another car. After running the Pro FM the spec Miata's loaned to me by benevolent friends just don't fill that void. I could make an anology using women and other activities but I'll refrain. When I get back in it I'll likely do mostly track days and regional SCCA events and see if my mental/physical/financial fitment and desire will push me to the next level. I definitely could be happy just running track days at this point in my life.

As to the HDD issue, here is what I did. I ripped my CD's onto my PC's HD using Windows Media Player stored as WMA files (the most basic option WMA). I then put a 32GB SD card in the drive and just simply copied the files onto the SD card. I then loaded the card into the infotainment system drive and "SD" came up as a selectable option on the screen under the Media menu (I think). I selected it and was able to now play files on the card. To the right of the file name of the card contents was a small icon which, when selected, opened a submenu with the option of "copy". I selected that and the files were now on the HDD. I, however, choose to use the SD card as the file source and eliminate that extra step of getting the files on the HDD as the playback is the same (to my ears) and the SD card has double the HDD capacity, the files are easier to arrange (done on PC) etc. etc.

Hope this helps.

Robin
