Take the subway...

I was going to take my car to the local Bentley dealership for service but until they told me they will not be able to shuttle me back home.

They offered to shuttle me to the subway station instead.

Guess how far the dealership is to my home? 10 miles.

Is this typical behaviour of Bentley dealership?

Local Bentley dealer is 75 minute drive away. They come here and pick up/drop off washed/cleaned gratis. My local repair/racer shop just around the corner will loan me/wife any car in their lot.

When I service my Cayenne or Panamera, they always have a Porsche loaner vehicle ready for me. And they can even come to my home to pick up or deliver my car.

Does not sound very accommodating to me. Did you buy the car new from them?

Since we both live in the same city, I believe I know which Bentley dealership you are referencing. Let me just say, "I'm not surprised". Attitude is everything.
