Power Steering Issue

Hi Guys,

It is my first post here so bear with me. I'm proud owner of 2004 Continental GT. It is daily driver and I have done few mods like parrot bluetooth in ashtray, digital TV and end exhaust valve (probably seperate thread for those).
Recently I have noticed power steering noise that builds up when you accelerate when turning or when you go around roundabout, Power steering assist is working fine so just the noise. I have replaced power steering fluid with turkey baster (3,5 liters of Pentosin CHF 11S).
Noise reduced when car is stand still but still is quite noise when you rev engine or turn steering wheel. It is very similar to:

Since I have ruled out fluid (it is dark green now used to be black) my next guess would be steering pump and air in the system. Here is are my two questions:

1. Are there common leaks areas that let air into it the system causing cavitation?
2. I'm considering replacing power steering pump. You can get new one from flyingspares for £200. How many hours job is it ? And is this something you I can do myself (no access to ramp) or better offer this pleasure to the mechanic ?

Thanks For Replay.

the pump si easy to remove, remove under tray and it is right there, if you are careful you remove the belt and leave in place and get it back on once new pump installed. remove pulley and then there is two or three bolts holding the pump body. this job with a hoist can take as little as 30 mins. when refilling with fluid let it gravity fill first and then run engine momentarily to get fluid flowing.
