New lucky owner of a GTC 2007 with 1800 original miles

Dear all, I have been looking for a nice bentley for more than a year and a half, I know it is a long time but it was worth it. I have seen local cars and I have traveled to different states, I'm based in Miami Florida. Well, I ended up purchasing a Bentley GTC in Houston with only 1,789 miles, I know it is too good to believe it, I flew to Houston and I fell in love, I did all I could to find a story behind this good deal, I wasn't able to find anything wrong, all the dealer records, checked miles with the DMV of Texas, Carfax etc, the car is absolutely brand new, the paint, the engine, the interior, etc the car was purchased and owned by a gentleman named Charlie Thomas, some of you may know him as he seems to be well known rich man in the car business, he made his fortune as an automobile dealer, he started his own business in 1967 in Texas, Mr. Thomas currently spends most of his free time attending sporting events of his grandchildren, and collecting antique automobiles for his personal collection maintained at his Ranch. charliethomascollection.com

I'm still in shock for being the luckiest guy out there shopping for an used Bentley GTC, The car has been garaged Air conditioned all these years, the car was offered for sale at the Mercedes Benz Dealer at Greenway, (huge MB Dealer).

The car has arrived to my home last Wednesday, it took me two weeks to find a driver from the reputable transport company Exotic cars Transport also based in Florida. I registered in Florida the following day without any issues, the DMV authorized tag agency wanted to see the car as it was weird for them because of the low mileage, I drove it in Miami for the first time last Friday in my way to the office, I can't be more agreed with all the feeling descriptions of driving a Bentley I have found reading this forum, I am a car fanatic, totally, but this is my first Bentley and I can't avoid sharing with all of you how happy and proud I am with this new toy.

I have been reading this forum for 4 days non stop, I feel like I know you guys forever, thanks in advance for such a great articles and information, you guys are awesome, I know the car at some point will show issues for being stored for this long period, but other than the flat spots detected in all five tires I haven't notice anything.

I am so happy!!!!

WOW! That is a very nice color combo, a lottery winner mate. I would consider changing out the rubbers just because of the time and i thought mine were flat spotted a bit also. Check out the threads on the B tires. The Michelin A/S3 are the bomb on my car for ride and durability but you do give up the speed potential over 186mph.

Welcome to the club. That car do feel special rollin down the blvd. aye?

275/35ZR20. No worries if you leave good but older tires on but when it is time too change these A/S3 are great. I went through two sets of the Pirelli P Zero Rosso B tires before trying these. If max speed and grip for track style driving are your priorities then the Pirelli are fine but I drive a bit more relaxed lately.

Ps I have the same wheels as you do and like them. I much prefer them to the five spoke brushed one.
