Question, does anyone know the difference from the Supersports taillights vs the regular red taillights? The Supersports taillights are darker and tinted. But are they tinted from the inside, just as the headlights are painted black on the inside from the Supersports? Or are they tinted from the outside?

I'd like to imitate this look with my standard red taillights. Debating if I should just lightly tint them to accomplish this look.

From the pic, looks like its partially tinted since the two led ovals are still clearly visible.

 

A body shop can replicate that look by reducing some black base coat. Applying coats till the desired darkness is achieved then apply a some clear to make it pretty. IMO it looks better... I prefer the all black rather than the red ovals. This is done from the outside.

 

An0other difference is the lower oval LED flashes for the turn signals.

Did you get any joy in how to open the Bentley rear lights? My LED's have failed and is costing me a fortune to replace.
