They are not, there are far too many variables with dyno numbers to have a specific number guaranteed. The numbers on the website are crank HP usually tested at 93 octane. We have done several of these cars all with great reviews from customers.

let me know how it turns out, i've talked to several reputable performance shops and they've all said that if the car actually puts down the claimed hp it's a great deal.
